Pre Production Inspection

PCA offers pre-production inspection service which allows you to identify quality risks before manufacturing commences and is an integral part of your risk assessment and quality assurance management. PCA’s pre-production inspection verifies if your supplier is able to start the production on schedule and understands your product specifications and quality requirements.

 

PCA’s inspector visits your supplier’s production site/factory to conduct a physical inspection of the materials, components, parts and factory in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. During the pre-production inspection, we identify the availability and condition of the materials, review your manufacturer’s preparation for production, and check in-house quality control processes. Besides, PCA’s pre-production inspection may also include preparation for future product inspection by reviewing your approval samples and listing all tooling available to perform product testing case by case.
