Peter Chieu & Associates Inc. (PCA) was established in 1984 to provide independent quality assurance services for international companies sourcing and manufacturing products in Asia. For more than four decades, PCA has supported clients with practical, on-the-ground quality control experience across components, electronics and finished products. Our role is to provide objective and useful information that helps clients identify potential quality issues and make informed decisions before products move to the next stage of production or shipment.

Today, PCA focuses on product inspection and supplier sourcing services, including pre-production inspection, during-production inspection and pre-shipment inspection. Our services are project-based and tailored to each client's product specifications, approved samples, quality requirements and sourcing objectives.

 

Client coordination is managed from Taipei, with current on-site inspection coverage in Taiwan, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Xiamen. Additional locations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
