(PCA), was established in 1984 as an independent 3rd party quality assurance service company dedicated to satisfy the needs of international companies who were manufacturing and sourcing components or finished products in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Without having a local presence in these areas, these international companies needed a mechanism and procedure to assure them that the goods they imported satisfy their specified quality and performance standards. PCA has been their mechanism and procedure with remarkable track record for more than 36 years.
