During Production Inspection

PCA’s during production inspection helps identify quality issues while manufacturing is still in progress, giving clients and suppliers the opportunity to take corrective action before the production lot is completed.

Depending on the agreed inspection scope, our inspector may review product workmanship, dimensions, function, production progress, packaging status and other client-defined requirements. Random sampling may be conducted using an agreed sampling plan such as ISO 2859-1 / ANSI-ASQ Z1.4, or according to a client-specified inspection plan.

Inspection findings and supporting photographs are summarized in a written report for client review and follow-up.
