During Production Inspection

PCA offers during production inspection which is usually required for shipment of substantial quantity, or shipment needed to pay special attention on quality. Usually, it is carried out when 10% to 50% of your product is completed and provides the opportunity for implementation of the necessary corrective actions at an early stage.

 

PCA’s inspector visits your supplier’s production site/factory to conduct a physical inspection of your products on a randomly selected sample of manufactured goods using the statistical sampling procedure ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) or your preferred one to discover possible defects. Our inspection is customized to focus on what is important for you by combining our standard inspection process with your unique requirements and acceptable quality limits.
